ENERGETIC THERAPIES 

Craniosacral Therapy- This is a light touch therapy which works within the spinal fluid system that runs from the cranium (the base of the scull) to the sacrum(the base of the spine) The therapist is sensing where the body need healing and encouraging the bodies self healing abilities. Craniosacral can be helpful for many issues from headaches to back pain.

Reiki- Encourages self healing, it helps to open blocks and balances energy flow. It works on all levels physical, spiritual and emotional.

Energy/Chakra Balancing- Most of our Therapist have backgrounds in different forms of energy healing and chakra balancing. Each energy treatment will be unique and customized specifically for you.

Sound Therapy- Barbara Keefe uses her angelic voice to sing into the areas of your body that are blocked or need healing. She has practiced with some of the finest sound healers in the world. She has had great results with arthritis, cancer, kidney stones, emotional blocks, and helped autistic children, among many other things.

Initial Evaluation: Our highly qualified physical therapist will do a complete muscular-skeletal assessment to define problems, set goals and design an individualized plan. The initial evaluation will include treatment.
One hour 15minute- $120.00

YOGA

Lucy Lynch is our fabulous yoga instructor who comes to us with 20 year of experience. Lucy teaches beginning as well as advanced classes. Our space is limited to 5 to 6 participants which allows Lucy to give each of her students the individualized attention they deserve.
